We know how tough it can be to start a new career. You have the passion and the drive, but you need guidance. This program is our answer. It is designed specifically for younger coaches and career-switchers who are at the very beginning of their journey.
This is more than just a job; it is a structured apprenticeship. You will be joining our in-house team on a contract basis, a commitment from us to invest deeply in your development. We will provide you with a level of hands-on training that is simply unavailable elsewhere—from mastering the technical aspects of swimming and coaching, to learning the crucial soft skills of handling parents and connecting with children.
In return for your commitment and hard work, we provide a rewarding and stable pathway into the professional coaching world. It's an intense journey, but one that will equip you with a skill set that will last a lifetime.

Dreamers Swim Coaching Blueprint™
You will be fully trained in our proprietary Dreamer Blueprint™. This isn't just a weekend course; it's a comprehensive education in our proven, science-backed methodology, giving you a massive head start in your career.
Direct Mentorship & Guidance
You are not expected to know everything. You will work directly under the guidance of our Head Coach, Jace, and our team of senior coaches. They will be your mentors, providing constant feedback and support as you master your craft.

As an in-house coach, you don't have to worry about finding your own students. We provide you with a stable schedule of clients, allowing you to focus 100% of your energy on what matters most: becoming an exceptional coach.

We believe that great coaching is the heart of any great sports academy. It is a professional craft that requires a level of training far beyond a standard weekend certificate. That's why we’ve dedicated a significant amount of our time and resources to building a truly world-class, in-house coaching course.
Our training program is unique because of the team that built it. It's a powerful fusion of pedagogical expertise from former MOE Physical Education teachers and the real-world, high-performance experience of elite competitive swimmers and multisport talent. We’ve combined the science of teaching with the art of competing.
It's our commitment to the future. Our goal is to benefit the next generation of coaches by equipping them with a deeper understanding of their craft, and in turn, to benefit the next generation of young children. We sincerely hope that by setting this new, higher standard, we can make the sports coaching scene in Singapore better.
Your Questions, Answered
No. This program is specifically designed for individuals with little to zero formal coaching experience. What we are looking for is passion, a great attitude, and a deep desire to learn and grow.
Yes, ideally. A strong candidate can already swim 2-3 strokes proficiently. This allows us to focus your training entirely on the craft of coaching. After all, if you can't yet swim yourself, how can you effectively coach someone else?
That being said, we wouldn't automatically reject a passionate candidate who isn't a strong swimmer. However, it means your path will be more demanding. You would first need to commit to working double-hard to master the sport with us before you could even begin our official swim coaching program.
We find that the traditional labels of "full-time" and "part-time" can be misleading in the coaching world. We've seen "part-time" coaches who teach 30 classes a week and "full-time" coaches who teach 15.
Our approach is different. We don't focus on the label; we focus on a clear, mutually agreed-upon commitment level. Before any contract is signed, we will have a transparent conversation with you about the expected number of hours and classes. Our goal is to ensure you can make a fully informed decision that aligns with your career goals and lifestyle.
We believe a contract isn't about losing freedom; it's about creating a clear, mutual commitment. Before you are ever asked to sign anything, we will have a very transparent conversation with you to go through every single requirement.
You join our in-house team because you want to, and the contract simply formalizes the schedule and commitment level that we have both agreed upon. It’s a two-way street: you commit your time and passion to us, and we commit our resources, training, and clients to you. Our goal is always to ensure you are making a fully informed decision.
After you are fully certified and have proven your ability as an assistant coach, you will graduate to become a full Dreamers Coach, handling your own roster of students within our supportive system. The long-term path can lead to senior and mentoring roles within the academy.
We understand that things don't always work out as planned, and we prefer to discuss this "worst-case scenario" openly.
When you join our in-house program, you are agreeing to receive our proprietary Dreamers Blueprint™ training course—a significant investment of our time, resources, and intellectual property. Just like signing up for any professional certification, this course has a tangible value. In the event you decide not to continue, we would require you to bear the full fee of the coaching course you have received.
We believe this is a fair trade and shows respect for the materials and the expert coaches' time. It works the same way as a university course or even an MOE bond. We are not here to take advantage of anyone, but to set clear, professional expectations. We are confident that the training you receive will be a valuable asset for your entire career, whether you continue with us or not.
