Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Scope & Area

Please note that at this time, we exclusively offer shipping to valid addresses within Singapore. We do not provide international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are simple and based on your order value:

• Orders above S$180: We are pleased to offer complimentary doorstep delivery.
• Orders below S$180: A flat-rate delivery fee of S$25 will apply.

A Note for Our Swim Lesson Clients: If you have ongoing lessons with us, please get in touch before placing your order. We can often adjust or waive the shipping fee by arranging to deliver your items personally during your next scheduled lesson.

3. Processing & Delivery Timeframe

We are committed to getting your order to you quickly. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your order and deliver it directly to your doorstep.

4. Order Notifications

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. We will send you a separate notification, typically via email or text message, when your package is out for delivery so you know when to expect its arrival.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. Should you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@dreamers.com.sg. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For detailed information on how to return or exchange a product, please refer to our full Refund & Returns Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
