우리 이야기는 사업 계획으로 시작된 게 아닙니다. 물에서 시작됐죠.
우리 모두는 어린 시절을 경쟁적인 수영 선수로 시작해서, 블랙라인을 쫓으며 보냈습니다. 하지만 우리에게 수영장은 여정의 끝이 아니었습니다. 오히려 시작이었습니다. 트라이애슬론, 수구 등 더 넓은 육상 세계를 탐험할 수 있게 해 준 토대가 되었습니다.
이러한 다양한 스포츠 경험을 통해 우리는 신체 발달에 대한 더욱 전체적이고 지적인 접근법을 발견했습니다. 진정한 운동 능력은 과도한 전문화가 아니라, 다재다능하고 회복력이 뛰어난 신체와 도전을 즐기는 정신을 기르는 것임을 깨달았습니다.
Dreamers는 이러한 여정의 자연스러운 정점입니다. 단순히 업계에 대한 반발이 아니라, 우리의 철학을 공유하기 위해 만든 공간입니다. 수영을 고립된 과제가 아닌, 평생 지속되는 활동적이고 즐거운 모험의 첫걸음이자 가장 중요한 단계로 가르치는 공간입니다.
Building What We Couldn't Find
As former teachers, when we transitioned into swim coaching, we realized something critical was missing. We couldn't find any existing systems that offered the level of structured training, risk management, and risk assessment we were used to at the MOE level. We put ourselves in the parents' shoes and asked: What would give them true peace of mind? Since the support system we wanted didn't exist, we rolled up our sleeves and built it ourselves.
A System Built for Educators
We spent months developing our own online training portal from scratch. It isn't about having flashy tech; it is simply the structural foundation we felt was mandatory. It houses our complete syllabus and risk management protocols, ensuring every coach has a clear, safe, and effective roadmap for continuous education.
The Coaching Community
A coach's education should never stop. We don't just assign classes and walk away; we actively nurture a community where both our in-house and external coaches can learn and progress together. Through regular workshops and open dialogue, we ensure every coach feels supported in leveling up their skills.
Raising Happy Kids
We organize friendly swim meets specifically for our beginners. These events serve as a constant reminder to our entire Dreamers community of why we do this. We aren't here just to produce the next national swimmer; we are here to nurture children, celebrate their courage, and create a positive environment where they can truly fall in love with the water.
