Our process: we suggest the very first session be a paid swimming trial, for which our swim coach will attend as your personal guest. Once you're happy and ready to proceed with a package, we will work with you to get the official registration done, whether that means we collect the forms from you or register ourselves directly via email.
For children aged 2-8, a large, Olympic-sized pool is not necessary. In fact, a smaller, quieter pool is often a more effective and less intimidating learning environment. However, if we assess that the pool is genuinely not ideal for productive lessons, we will have an honest discussion with you about a potential "Plan B."
For adult learners, it depends entirely on your objective. We will provide our professional, neutral advice after the trial session so you can make an informed decision.
