This is a simple matter of supply and demand in the Singapore market. There are significantly fewer professional, full-time female swim coaches than male coaches. The higher rate reflects their scarcity and the high demand for their specialized skills.
Absolutely. Every single coach at Dreamers, regardless of gender, must pass our rigorous in-house "Dreamer Blueprint™" certification. We have one high standard of technical excellence for our entire team.
Due to the high demand, the waitlist for a female coach can sometimes be longer. We recommend enquiring as early as possible, and we will always be transparent with you about the expected waiting time.
